In June 2020, amidst a global pandemic, Rahat Continental, a leader in the logistics industry, embarked on launching two pivotal services designed to meet the urgent needs of the time. Minus Equals Plus was entrusted with the task of producing two videos that would not only introduce these services but also highlight their importance and utility during such critical times.
Our Role
Our responsibility was to craft compelling narratives for each video that would succinctly introduce Rahat Continental’s new services: the premium White Glove Delivery and the dedicated delivery service for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The goal was to create informative and engaging content that resonated with partners and customers alike, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovation and safety.

White Glove Delivery Service Video
For the premium White Glove Delivery service, we focused on depicting the meticulous care and personalized attention that define the service. The video aimed to convey the exclusivity and high standards of Rahat Continental’s offering, ensuring partners understand the value and differentiation of this service.
PPE Delivery Service Video
The video for the dedicated PPE delivery service was designed to highlight the timeliness, reliability, and critical importance of delivering personal protective equipment during the pandemic. It showcased Rahat Continental’s dedication to supporting healthcare and essential service providers by ensuring the swift and safe delivery of PPE.
The Outcome
The launch of the two videos significantly bolstered Rahat Continental’s service introductions, effectively communicating the features and benefits of the White Glove Delivery and PPE delivery services.
